OSI is authorized for billing, registering and handling of the satellite communication services of vessels under flags of :Panama,Belize,Sierra Leone and Cambodia.

Offshore Satellite International(O.S.I.),S.A.,can offer as value added,the Point of Service Activation.A PSA is an entity in charge to activate the Inmarsat Terminals of the ships assigning an IMN (Inmarsat Mobile Number)for each one of the services required.We can offer you this service of PSA,which one of the world's leading Inmarsat Point of Service Activators Our Point of Service Activation is recognized by PANAMA,CYPRUS,SIERRA LEONE,MALTA,BAHAMAS,VANUATU,CAYMAN ISLANDS,and over 60 other vessel registries.
How to activate and INMARSAT Terminal with us
•Verify that your ship is under the registry of flag authorized.
•Fill out the "Service Activation Registration Form"
•Send it by fax to:0086-21-65753218 email it to:radio.accounting@pmacunited.net
•Send copy of the Statutory Radio License.
•Activation typically within hours of request on a 24*7 basis including weekends and national holidays avoides delays in re flagging or downtime during flag change.
