Belize is located in Central America, close to the south of Mexico's yugaton Peninsula, facing the Caribbean Sea in the East and Guatemala in the southwest. Legal system】 
Belize officially became a fully independent country in 1981. At present, Belize is a member of the greater Britain Association and a member of the United Nations. Its political system adopts the Belize law of the British system, which is based on the British legislative system. It has a Supreme Court, an appeal court, a criminal court, a civil court, various commercial contracts and commercial law, all of which are based on the British legal model.

Tax revenue】 
Belize is one of the tax-free preferential countries for Caribbean offshore companies. Offshore companies do not need to pay any direct tax or other taxes.

Registration policy
Information required to form a company

  1. Company name (can include English and traditional Chinese): we need at least 3 alternative names to investigate whether the name is duplicated in the registry
  2.  Copies of passports or ID cards of directors / officers and shareholders of the company, at least one person, over the age of 18
  3.  We can provide samples of credit certificate or recommendation letter from customers

Process

  1. Fill in form M - new customer registration form and provide credit certificate or customer recommendation letter (original required)
    Fill in form E - company registration application form, and the selected company name can be confirmed within 1 working day
  2. Sign the disclaimer (original required)
  3.  Confirm the required services (secretarial services, bank account opening, appointment of directors, etc.)
  4.  Complete all registration within 14 working days and send a full set of company documents to customers by express mail

Registered capital: 
Standard registered capital: US $50000, divided into 50000 shares, US $1.00 per share

*For companies with a registered capital of more than US $50000, the registration fee shall be increased by ¥ 9335, and the annual maintenance fee shall be increased by ¥ 7335

Standard company documents

  1. Certificate of incorporation;
  2. Articles of Association;
  3. Letter of appointment of directors / officers and register of directors;
  4. A resolution to issue shares, if required;
  5. Stock certificates and stock record books;
  6. Company seal

Other information

  1. The company can be owned by one person because the existence of the company does not require the exact number of shareholders
  2. Directors and company officials are not necessarily shareholders of the company. They can be natural persons or companies of any nationality other than the place of registration
  3. The registered capital of the company need not be paid on the date of incorporation. In fact, a company still exists legally until it needs, without giving assets
  4. If the place of registration changes the international company law and increases government taxes or other fees charged by the government registry, the increase shall be borne by the customer.
  5. If a ready-made company is selected, a full set of company documents will be sent to the customer by express mail within 7 working days

Annual inspection of the company

Companies formed from January to December:

  • The annual inspection fee shall be paid from January 1 to July 31;
  • For delivery from August 1 to October 31, an additional fine of 10% of the license fee shall be paid;
  • Deliver from November 1 to December 31, and pay an additional fine of 50% of the license fee
  • From January 1 of the following year, it shall be cancelled from the Belize registry;
