Procedures for PMAC Panama's ship registry registration

1 、 Handling of temporary certificates：
● Check the validity of the ship name.
● Provide a full set of copies of the original ship's certificate;
● You need to submit the documents required for temporary registration: Doc / SMC / ISSC / CSR issued by the country of origin can be provided; If not, you can apply to our company.
● Submit various ship registration application forms, including: Panama registration application form, minimum staffing application form and CSR application form.
● The owner needs to confirm the quotation; You fax the remittance voucher to us, and Panama begins to apply;
● If the documents meet the requirements, within 1-2 working days, authorized by Panama, our company will directly issue the official original temporary Navigation Certificate (valid for 6 months) and temporary radio license (valid for 6 months) and send them to the address you specify；

2 、 Handling of long-term certificate：
1. The original power OA attorney shall be notarized and certified by Panama, and the original shall be provided；
2. The original bill of sale and acceptance of sale shall be notarized and certified by Panama, and the original shall be provided (if there is a sale)；
3. The original of deletion cert shall be notarized and certified by Panama, and the original shall be provided；
4. Provide copies of international tonnage certificate (ITC).
5. Provide a valid DOC / SMC certificate recognized by the government of the country of Panama's nationality；
6. SSP approval certificate, ISSC and CSR issued by Panama maritime administration, photocopy.
7. If it is a newly built ship, the original construction certificate is also required. The original of the notarization and certification procedures required for the certificate shall be sent to Panama.
8. Radio license application form and activation report of inmarast equipment.

Normal registration, also known as permanent registration, the ownership of the registered ship shall be recorded in Panama.

Issue a temporary 6-month nationality certificate and radio license, and then provide the information required by the long-term certificate. Panama issues a long-term certificate valid for 5 years You can apply for an update when it is about to expire.

BAREBOATE CHARTER

The Panama government allows ships to accept the dual choice of renting in and renting out.

The Panama bareboat charter can be divided into 1-year or 2-year periods. After the expiration, you can apply for renewal and continue the light lease registration. If a 5-year contract is signed, the light lease certificate will be renewed every two years. After the renewal in the last year, the contract will end.

-The ownership of the ship is related to the existing nationality registered in the first, and has nothing to do with the choice of rent and other second nationalities leased out (such as Panama). It is not allowed to apply for ownership or apply for mortgage in the second nationality (Panama).

SPECIAL REGISTRATION

It is generally used for a single voyage, only for the sale of ships or other reasons (such as ship dismantling). Ship registration is a Panama certificate issued for only one voyage .

Issue a certificate valid for 3 months

After 3 months, you can apply for cancellation or not.

This registration can be registered in the next flag state, and its special registration in Panama can be ignored.

The registration procedure is similar to the temporary registration procedure of second-hand ships; However, as it is a voyage certificate, the name of the port of departure and the port of arrival must be provided when issuing the certificate.

The fee is more favorable than other registration categories, and the certificate is invalid after one voyage.
